Recipe Name: Chicken Milanese with White Pear Balsamic & Orzo

1 lb thin sliced chicken cutlets
The Olive Shoppe Garlic Infused EVOO
The Olive Shoppe Signature Blend EVOO
The Olive Shoppe Pear White Balsamic
Panko Bread Crumbs
1/2 stick butter
2 Cups of Chicken Broth or Chicken Stock
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
About 8 cherry tomatoes sliced in half
1-2 cups of cantaloupe cut into bite sized pieces
Cooked orzo or rice
In large bowl, mix arugala, tomatoes, cantaloupe, 2 tbsp of The Olive Shoppe Signature Blend ECVOO and 3 tbsp Pear White Balsamic with a pinch of salt and pepper. Allow to site while chicken cooks.
Wash and dry chicken.
Preaheat pan iwth about a tbsp of garlic olive oil and a pat of butter.
Scramble eggs in a bowl wtih a squeeze of the lemon.
In a separate dish, mix panko, oregano, parsley, salt and pepper.
Dredge chicken in the egg.
Dip chicken in the dry mixture.
Fry chicken until lightly golden.
Place cooked chicken on a dish and lightly squeeze lemon over each slice.
In the drippings, add chicken broth, squeeze remaining lemon and add a dash of salt and pepper and the rest of the butter.
Stir until blended.
Pour sauce over chicken.
Top with arugala mix and serve with orzo or rize.
Recipe Name: Apple Cranberry Crisp with Cranberry Walnut Balsamic Drizzle
Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 35 minutes
4-5 Cups sliced Granny Smith or Gala Apples
½ Cup Dried Cranberries
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
½ Cup Old Fashioned Oats
¼ Cup All-purpose flour
½ Cup Brown Sugar Lightly Packed
½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
3 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
½ Cup Chopped Walnuts
¼ Cup Butter
Olive Shoppe Cranberry Walnut Aged Balsamic
1. Grease a 2 quart baking dish and set aside.
2. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
3. Arrange apple slices in the dish.
4. Sprinkle cranberries on top.
5. Drizzle lemon juice over the fruit.
6. Sprinkle granulated sugar over the fruit.
7. In a medium bowl, stir together oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and walnuts.
8. Cut in butter
9. Sprinkle topping evenly over the filling.
10. Bakefor 30 to 35 minutres until the apples are tender and the topping is golden.
11. Remove from the oven.
12. Serve warm and drizzle Olive Shoppe Cranberry Walnut Aged Balsamic over the Apple Cranberry Crisp.

1T Olive Shoppe Scallion oil
15 oz can pumpkin
32 oz chicken broth
1/2 C heavy cream
1 t curry powder
Salt & pepper to season
Garnishes: Olive Shoppe Cranberry Walnut Balsamic Pumpkin seeds
Over medium heat in a med/large saucepan, add Scallion oil, stir until warm.
Add pumpkin, broth and curry powder. Bring to a low boil, whisk in heavy
cream, salt & pepper to taste. Spoon into bowls, drizzle with Cranberry
Walnut Balsamic and pumpkin seeds.

3 cups of Mixed Greens
1 ½ cups Sliced Grilled Chicken (optional)
1 Granny Smith Apple cored and chopped
3 Tbs. Dried Cranberries
3 oz. Feta Cheese
¼ Cup Toasted Walnuts or pecans – I used chopped honey roasted pecans
Olive Shoppe Rosemary Infused Olive Oil
Olive Shoppe Ripened Red Apple Balsamic
Coat chicken breasts with Rosemary Infused Olive Oil. Refrigerate and marinate for a couple of hours. Once done, cook chicken on grill until done. Let cool and slice. In a bowl, add mixed greens, chopped apple, dried cranberries, feta cheese and toasted walnuts or pecans. Lightly drizzle salad with Rosemary Infused Olive Oil and the Ripened Red Apple Balsamic. Toss and serve.
