Try this delicious appetizer this spring!
Prosciutto-Peach & Ricotta BruschettaPrint This
- 1 baguette
- 3 T Olive Shoppe Signature Blend EVOO
- 1 C Ricotta Cheese, seasoned w/1 T Olive Shoppe Jalapeño infused oil & salt
- 4 oz thinly sliced Proscuitto
- 2 peaches, thinly sliced
- 1 handful Arugula
- Olive Shoppe White Peach Balsamic for drizzling
- Cracked black pepper
Preheat oven to 400*
Slice baguette, brush with oil and bake for 10 minutes
While bread is baking, mix Ricotta with the Jalapeño Oil & salt to taste
When bread is cool, spread some ricotta mixture on top.
Then layer a slice of prosciutto, a few sprigs of Arugula, and a slice of peach.
Drizzle White Peach balsamic over the top and fresh ground black pepper
