1 can chickpeas
2 Tbs The Olive Shoppe Fresh Basil Infused EVOO
2 Tbs Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Tbs Oregano
Crushed Red Pepper (optional)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
In a glass baking dish pour Fresh Basil Infused EVOO. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir to coat. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and slightly crispy.
